Corporate Member and Non-Corporate Member rate:
To be eligible for the Corporate Member rate your company must be a current member. View RDC's corporate member list
Exhibit setup will be Tuesday, November 19th from 12:00-7:00 p.m.  Please plan to set up during this designated time. The exhibit hall opens to attendees at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20th, and 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 21st. 

Breakdown is after 2:00 p.m. on November 21st. When breaking down, we ask that you use the service elevators located through the back of the exhibit hall as the conference will still be taking place until 4:00 p.m. and there will be conference attendee traffic in the atrium, escalators, and the public elevators.

  • You will be provided with a 10' x 10' pipe & drape display booth space.  Included in your booth space is one 6’ skirted table, 500 watts of electrical service, two padded chairs, and an identification sign.  Please note that the exhibit space is carpeted, and chairs are provided by the convention center at no additional charge.
  • If you require additional services such as freight handling, additional electrical service, tables, etc., these options will be available for online pre-ordering soon. Please check back. 
  • Included in the purchase of each exhibit space is one full conference registration. If you have not yet done so, please email April the name of the individual using this registration no later than Monday, November 11th. All other individuals, who plan on attending the conference, will need to purchase an individual registration on our event website. Individuals that only plan on working in the exhibit hall, i.e. manning the booth, do not need to register.  Note: Breakfast, the three breaks, and the reception are all held in the exhibit hall area. We respectfully ask that "booth only" attendees, who are not registered for the full conference, please refrain from consuming food and alcohol.
