Above is an example of the Exhibitor Hall floor plan. You will receive an email prior to the event requesting your preference for booth assignment.  We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee your preferred space will be available.  Please note that many spaces are already full!

MEMBER RATE and NON-MEMBER RATE:
The Member Exhibitor Rate is $1250.  The Non-Member Exhibitor Rate is $1750. To be eligible for the Member rate your company must be a current member. View RDC's corporate member list. If you have questions about membership, please contact Jennifer Kuhlmann.

BOOTH-ONLY ATTENDEES, REGISTRATIONS & LUNCH TICKETS:
No conference registration is needed for your booth-only attendees.  We will not be providing personalized name badges for anyone other than your exhibitor conference attendee.  Each Exhibitor will receive four (4) generic "Exhibitor" name badges, which will display your organization name, for your booth-attendees to wear.  Your booth-only attendees may bring their own name badges, if they wish.  If you'd like to register additional full conference attendees, you may do so at a later date at akrdc.org/conference.  We also have daily lunch tickets available for purchase for $75/person per day.  Please email [email protected] to purchase lunch tickets.  A lunch ticket will allow your booth-only attendees to sit in the main conference hall during the keynote lunch speaker and partake in the lunch meal.

EXHIBIT HALL HOURS:
During the conference, the exhibit hall will be open to attendees at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 15th, and Thursday, November 16th.  Exhibit hall hours will end each day to align with the conference schedule.

SET UP:

Exhibit setup will be Tuesday, November 14th from 12:00-7:00 p.m.  Please plan to set up during this designated time.

BREAKDOWN:
Breakdown is after 2:00 p.m. on November 16th. When breaking down, we ask that you use the service elevators located through the back of the exhibit hall as there will be conference attendee traffic in the atrium, escalators, and the public elevators.

BOOTH DETAILS:
  • You will be provided with a 10' x 10' pipe & drape display booth space.  Included in your booth space is one 6’ skirted table, 500 watts of electrical service, two padded chairs, and an identification sign.  Please note that the exhibit space is carpeted, and chairs are provided by the convention center at no additional charge.
  • Alaska Event Services, Inc. has been selected as the show service contractor for our conference. If you should require additional services such as freight handling, additional electrical service, tables, etc., you will need to place an order here. This site is required only if you need services that are not included with your booth space.  A PDF copy of the der form is available upon request. If you have any questions, please call the Exhibit Service Representatives at (907) 345-8789, or email at [email protected].  Their deadline for discount pricing is Saturday, November 4.  Their freight deadline is Thursday, November 9 at 5:00 PM.

  • Included in the purchase of each exhibit space is one full conference registration. If you have not yet done so, please email Jennifer the name of the individual using this registration no later than Monday, November 6th. All other individuals, who plan on attending the conference, will need to purchase an individual registration on our event website. Individuals that only plan on working in the exhibit hall, i.e. manning the booth, do not need to register.  
  • Please Note:  Conference breakfasts, networking breaks, and the VIP reception are all held in the exhibit hall area. We respectfully ask that "booth only" attendees, who are not registered for the full conference, please refrain from consuming food and alcohol. 

    Please note:  This event may be recorded using audio, video and/or photography.  By registering, you consent to being recorded/photographed and RDC reserves the right to use any recording/video/photography taken at its event without express written permission of those in attendance.
